Volleyball Recap: Make It Four in a Row for Knox

Knox played in-conference for the first time on Thursday and got just the result they were looking for. They blew past the LaVille Lancers 3-0. The victory was nothing new for the Redskins as they're now sitting on four straight.

Knox was especially dominant in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-14, 25-18.

Addison Sponaugle had an outrageously good game as she had 22 digs and four aces. That's the most digs she has posted over her last seven matchups. Zoe Bullington was another key player, getting five digs and three aces.

They weren't the only good server: Knox was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in eight consecutive games.

Knox's record is now 8-10. As for LaVille, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Knox will host Hebron at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for LaVille, they will be playing at home against Bremen at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
