Baseball Recap: Strasburg Extends Winning Streak to Four

Strasburg came tearing into Saturday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.7 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 10-7 victory over the Clarke County Eagles. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-2 last Tuesday.

The team relied heavily on Brady Knight, who went 2-for-3 with three RBI, one triple, and one run. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Harper Sherman was another key player, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with three RBI, one stolen base, and one double.

Strasburg's win bumped their record up to 16-2. As for Clarke County, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 12-7 record this season.
