Volleyball Recap: Cajon Find Success

Cajon saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against the Diamond Ranch Panthers by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Cowboys.

Annalisia Garcia paced Cajon's offense, picking up eight kills. Garcia got some help from Sayra Corona and her 14 assists. Finally, Manaya Odom and Fern Udell kept the team grounded on defense, each having blocked two attacks.

The victory got Cajon back to even at 7-7. As for Diamond Ranch, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-10 record this season.

Cajon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 win against Aquinas on the 9th. As for Diamond Ranch, they have also already played their next game, a 3-2 loss against Ontario on the 11th.
