Ridgeview has won five straight games at home, while Notre Dame has won five straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Wolf Pack will host the Titans at 4:00 p.m. Notre Dame took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Ridgeview, who comes in off a win.

Ridgeview is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They never let Kingsburg get on the board and left with a 2-0 victory.

The result came thanks to Joel Gutierrez's shutout, as he gave up just three hits and racked up 11 Ks. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Ridgeview's win was truly a team effort as three different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Edwin Hidalgo, who went 1-for-4 with one run.

Meanwhile, Notre Dame unfortunately witnessed the end of their 11-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of Mary Star of the Sea by a score of 8-7.

Ridgeview has been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-11 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.6 runs on average over those games. As for Notre Dame, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-10.
