 After five games on the road, Tesoro is heading back home. They will take on the Aliso Niguel Wolverines at 4:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Tesoro will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  runs each  match than the last.
 On Tuesday, Tesoro got the win against San Juan Hills  by a conclusive  8-1.
  Loula McNamara made a splash while hitting and pitching. She  didn't allow a single  earned run over five innings pitched. McNamara has been consistent recently: she hasn't  pitched less than five  innings in seven consecutive pitching appearances. McNamara was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with a  triple and  an  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Kiara Cisneros was  incredible,  going 2-for-5 with a  home run, three  RBI,  and a  triple. Another player making a difference was  Kennedy Proctor, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile,  after a string of three wins, Aliso Niguel's good fortune finally ran out  on Tuesday. They fell just short of Mission Viejo by a score of  5-3.
  Olivia Kuhnel spent all eight innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned runs on five hits. Those eight  innings set a new season-high mark for her.
 On the hitting side,  Gigi Ganje and  Taylor Nelson did some serious damage despite the final result:  Ganje  scored a  run while going 3-for-4, while  Nelson  went 1-for-4 with a  home run.
 Tesoro's victory was  their fifth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 10-2-1. Those good results were due in large part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 6.8 runs per game. As for Aliso Niguel, their loss dropped their record down to 9-4-1.
