Soccer Game Preview: Exeter vs. Kerman

Exeter is 0-3 against Kerman since January of 2025 but things could change on Wednesday. The Monarchs will look to defend their home pitch against the Lions at 6:00 p.m.

On Thursday, Exeter and Central Valley Christian finished up on equal footing with a 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, Kerman waltzed into their contest on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They never let the Golden Bears get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Kerman's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 277th, while Sierra Pacific are ranked 589th).

Kerman's one-goal win came courtesy of Isaac Gonzalez, which was the first he's scored this season.

Exeter's draw makes their record 4-12-3 this season. As for Kerman, their victory bumped their record up to 11-5-5.
