Soccer Recap: Legend Comes Up Short

Reese Agnew and Avery Brand scored both of Legend's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

Legend suffered their first home loss, dropping their record down to 2-2-1. As for Castle View, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-0-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Legend will square off against ThunderRidge at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. ThunderRidge's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Castle View, they will challenge Ponderosa at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Ponderosa's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Castle View's offense will have their work cut out for them.
