 Hoover scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Saturday. They were the clear victor by  a  16-1 margin over the GlenOak Golden Eagles. Winning may never get old, but Hoover sure is getting used to it with their seventh in a row.
  Jack Andes and  Mason Ashby made a big impact no matter where they played. On the mound,  Andes   pitched three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Meanwhile,  Ashby   didn't allow a single  earned run over four innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in three consecutive pitching appearances. At bat,  Andes  went 3-for-5 with four  RBI, two  runs,  and a  stolen base, while  Ashby  went 1-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and a  triple.
 In other batting news,  Carson Dyrlund was a standout: he scored three  runs while  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kyle Gudat, who  scored two  runs while going 1-for-4.
 On GlenOak's side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Kyle Moff, who  went 1-for-3 with a  stolen base and  an  RBI.
 Hoover is  on a roll lately: they've  won eight of their last ten matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 21-8 record  this season. As for GlenOak, their defeat dropped their record down to 15-14.
 Hoover will be playing in front of their home fans against Kenston at 11:00  a.m.  on Monday. Hoover will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak  alive. GlenOak does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
