Volleyball Recap: Bradford Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Bradford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Arcanum Trojans. The Railroaders were not able to make up for their loss to the Trojans from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-17.

Bradford's offense was headlined by Ryleigh Dotson and Caylee Gambill, who picked up two kills apiece. They got some help from Chloe Hocker and her five assists. Dotson was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Arcanum can attribute much of their success to Grace Fry, who had 11 assists and five digs.

Bradford's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Arcanum, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Bradford wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 loss against Newton Local on the 23rd. As for Arcanum, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Tri-Village on the 23rd.
