Baseball Recap: Columbia Crimson Tide vs. Pequea Valley Braves
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Tulpehocken, Columbia was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They won by a run and slipped past the Pequea Valley Braves 3-2. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Crimson Tide as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Peyton Gilbert spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned runs on four hits and racked up 14 Ks. He has been consistent: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
