The Redlands East Valley Wildcats will face off against the Citrus Valley Blackhawks at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Citrus Valley took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Redlands East Valley, who comes in off a win.

Citrus Valley better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if last week is any indication, that's when Redlands East Valley really get things going. Redlands East Valley blew past Beaumont 4-1 on Tuesday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Wildcats considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Citrus Valley's offense. They lost 5-0 to Cajon on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Blackhawks in their matchups with the Cowboys: they've now lost seven in a row.

Citrus Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 5-8-2. As for Redlands East Valley, their win bumped their record up to 8-3-4.
