Highline entered their tilt with Beamer on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 47-35 win over the Beamer Titans.

Beamer's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nikol Miranda, who posted 13 points and five steals. Miranda is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games she's played. Kiana Smiley was another key player, putting up seven points in addition to 14 boards and three blocks.

Highline's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Beamer, they dropped their record down to 2-16 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Highline has already played their next matchup, a 51-31 win against Lindbergh on the 29th. As for Beamer, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 50-34 defeat against Jefferson on the 28th.
