Soccer Recap: Biglerville's Loss Ends Five-Game Winning Streak on the Road

If Biglerville was riding high fresh off their 6-0 takedown of York Country Day last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Canners fell just short of the Northeastern Bobcats by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Biglerville of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2021.

Manuel Morales-Garcia and Christian Garcia scored both of Biglerville's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 19 goals.

Biglerville's loss ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 14-4-1. As for Northeastern, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4-5 record this season.

Biglerville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Northeastern, they have already played their next matchup, a 1-0 victory against Susquehannock on the 16th.
