Baseball Recap: Eunice Has No Trouble Against Gateway Christian

Eunice won the last time they faced Gateway Christian and things went their way on Friday too. Eunice blew past Gateway Christian 11-1. That's two games straight that the Cardinals have won by exactly ten runs.

Ethan Wilson looked comfortable as he struck out nine batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. Those nine strikeouts gave him a new career-high.

On the hitting side, Isaac Morales was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing five bases while going 2-for-3. With that strong performance, he is now averaging an impressive 1.8 stolen bases per game. Jose Calvillo was another key player, scoring two runs while going 2-for-4.
