Hoover was sadly handed a loss on Thursday, but Roman Geiselman did his best to prevent it. Nobody could stop Geiselman as he tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in ten consecutive appearances.

Looking ahead, Geiselman and Hoover will take on Twinsburg at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Sadly, Geiselman's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Vikings' four-game streak of wins at home.
