Augusta Prep unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 21-0 to the Athens Christian Eagles on Friday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it six in a row.

Coming up, Augusta Prep will face off against Glascock County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Athens Christian, they will take on Heritage at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
