Volleyball Recap: Chandler Prep Takes a Loss

Chandler Prep lost against Scottsdale Christian Academy back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Titans came up short against the Eagles, falling 3-0. The Titans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-21, 25-11, 25-15.

Victoria Beltran-Vivian paced Chandler Prep's offense, picking up four kills. Beltran-Vivian got some help from Hannah Fox and her eight assists. Finally, Mikky Dunmar kept Chandler Prep's defense grounded, leading the team with two blocks.

Chandler Prep's loss dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Scottsdale Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won 17 of their last 20 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-6 record this season.

Chandler Prep didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Phoenix Country Day on the 30th. As for Scottsdale Christian Academy, they will take on Phoenix Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
