Escanaba has gone 7-2 against Alpena recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Eskymos will venture away from home to square off against the Wildcats at 7:00 p.m.

Considering the Wildcats' offense had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Having lost for the first time this season, Escanaba fell to 6-1. As for Alpena, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Everything came up roses for Escanaba against Alpena in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as the squad secured a 47-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eskymos since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
