Soccer Recap: Paine Mountain Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Paine Mountain can now relate to. They lost 6-0 to the Stowe Raiders on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, Paine Mountain can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Vermont soccer rankings (they are ranked 59th, while Stowe is ranked seventh).

Paine Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Stowe, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-3.

As of now, neither Paine Mountain nor Stowe have any future games scheduled.
