Fort Worth Country Day has gone 6-1 against Greenhill recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. Fort Worth Country Day came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were outmatched by Cooper and fell 52-13. The Falcons were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 25-0.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Fox Burton, who rushed for 57 yards and one TD, and also picked up 61 receiving yards. Cooper Paul was another key signal caller, throwing for 206 yards and one touchdown.
Greenhill not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since October 10, 2024 (when they won 28-7). They put the hurt on Cistercian with a sharp 48-28 win. The Hornets' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Fort Worth Country Day better keep an eye on Ashton Gosselin. He was instrumental in Greenhill's win, throwing for 248 yards and four TDs while completing 80% of his passes, and also rushing for 110 yards and a pair of scores on only 13 carries. Trey Davis was in the mix as well, providing the Hornets with three touchdowns.

Having lost for the first time this season, Fort Worth Country Day fell to 3-1. As for Greenhill, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.
Fort Worth Country Day beat Greenhill 36-28 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Falcons since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
