After losing to Garfield Heights the last time they met, Euclid decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Panthers narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Bulldogs 3-2.

Euclid was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-15, 18-25, 25-23, 15-12.

Euclid's win bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Garfield Heights, the loss was their first at home , dropping their record down to 5-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Euclid will face off against rival Cuyahoga Falls at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Garfield Heights is set to take on their familiar foe Western Reserve Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
