High school softball stolen base leaders

Alabama seniors take top two spots with a combined 163 stolen bags.
According to statistics submitted to MaxPreps, senior
Bailea Boone of
Holtville (Deatsville, Ala.) leads high school softball nationally with 93 stolen bases. The Faulkner pledge hit .595 with .644 on-base percentage on the season, which ended for her team in early May.
Alabama commit
Gerritt Griggs of
Central (Phenix City, Ala.) is second with 77 stolen bases. Griggs helped the Red Devils win 45 games with a .587 batting average.
Taylor Vigeant of
Idaho City (Idaho) is the top sophomore on the list and No. 5 overall. Vigeant stole 68 bags in just 18 games. She had at least four steals in half of the Wildcats games.
