Volleyball Recap: Medford Comes Up Short + How To Watch

The home team had won the previous three meetings between Medford and Blooming Prairie, and Blooming Prairie kept the tradition alive. The Tigers fell 3-1 to the Awesome Blossoms on Friday. The Tigers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Awesome Blossoms apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 23-25, 25-22, 25-24.

Medford's defeat was their eighth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Blooming Prairie, their win ended a seven-match drought at home and bumped them up to 2-15.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Medford will square off against Waseca at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Blooming Prairie, they will face off against Bethlehem Academy at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday.
