Volleyball Game Preview: Oroville Tigers vs. Foothill Cougars

The Oroville Tigers will challenge the Foothill Cougars at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Oroville is coming into the contest hot, having won their last ten games.

On Wednesday, Oroville made easy work of Enterprise and carried off a 3-0 victory.

Oroville was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-10, 25-18.

Meanwhile, Foothill got the win against Orland on Wednesday by a conclusive 3-0.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Foothill took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-9, 25-15.

Foothill now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Oroville, they pushed their record up to 14-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.

Everything went Oroville's way against Foothill in their previous meeting back in April, as Oroville made off with a 3-0 victory. Will the Tigers repeat their success, or do the Cougars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
