Soccer Recap: Steele Comes Up Short

After flying high against Crockett on Friday, Steele came back down to earth. The Knights came up short against the Del Valle Cardinals on Saturday, falling 5-2.

Paulo Navedo and David Pettit scored both of Steele's goals, bringing their combined season tally to seven goals.

Steele's defeat dropped their record down to 6-2-1. As for Del Valle, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 5-4 record this season.
