Basketball Game Preview: Stargate School Eagles vs. Arrupe Jesuit Generals

The Stargate School Eagles just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Arrupe Jesuit Generals at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Neither of these teams found much success offensively their last time out, scoring well below their season average.

Stargate School came into their game on Wednesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were beaten by Colorado Academy 60-23. The loss continues a trend for the Eagles in their matchups with the Mustangs: they've now lost seven in a row.

Meanwhile, Arrupe Jesuit was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They received a blow as they fell 41-25 to The Academy. The match was a 13-13 toss-up at halftime, but the Generals couldn't quite close it out.

Arrupe Jesuit's loss dropped their record down to 8-12. As for Stargate School, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-15.
