Basketball Recap: Knoxville A Takes a Loss

Knoxville A was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were dealt an 84-49 defeat at the hands of the Appalachian Christian HomeSchool Warriors. The Ambassadors lost against the Warriors in their previous head to head back in December of 2023, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 75-63 score last time.

Knoxville A's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Appalachian Christian HomeSchool, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-3 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Knoxville A will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Providence Academy at 5:00 p.m. on January 11, 2025. As for Appalachian Christian HomeSchool, they will be home for the holidays to greet Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
