Basketball Recap: Bound Brook Comes Up Short

Bound Brook was the 72-62 winner over North Hunterdon when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Bound Brook Crusaders took a 58-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Hunterdon Lions on Tuesday. The loss was the Crusaders' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Bound Brook fell to 2-1. As for North Hunterdon, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bound Brook will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on STEMCivics at 7:00 p.m. on December 27th. As for North Hunterdon, they will be home for the holidays to greet Somerville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
