Volleyball Recap: Lincoln Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Gracie Adams and Lauren Tedrick

Lincoln was the 2-1 winner over Bloomington Central Catholic when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Railsplitters fell 2-0 to the Saints on Friday. The Railsplitters have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Lincoln's loss came despite strong showings from Lauren Tedrick and Gracie Adams. Tedrick had 16 assists and two blocks, while Adams had three aces. Tedrick has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more assists the last three times she's played.

Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Bloomington Central Catholic, they are on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-4 record this season.

Coincidentally, Lincoln and Bloomington Central Catholic will both be playing Routt Catholic the next time they take the court. The Saints will head out to face the Rockets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Railsplitters will head out to face them at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
