Springdale is a perfect 6-0 against Siloam Springs since March of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Bulldogs will head out to square off against the Panthers at 5:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with eight consecutive losses for Springdale and three for Siloam Springs.

Springdale lost 15-6 to Bentonville West on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Siloam Springs came up short against Harrison on Tuesday and fell 7-2. That's two games in a row now that the Panthers have lost by exactly five runs.

Siloam Springs saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jack OBrien, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.

Siloam Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Springdale, their loss dropped their record down to 1-12.

Springdale came out on top in a nail-biter against Siloam Springs in their previous meeting back in February of 2022, sneaking past 8-7. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Bulldogs since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
