Basketball Recap: Meridian Piles Up the Points Against Boise

There's no place like home for Meridian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They claimed a resounding 71-44 victory over the Boise Brave. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Warriors as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meridian's victory was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-3. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.7 points per game. As for Boise, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Meridian will be home for the holidays to greet Borah at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
