Volleyball Recap: Orange's Winning Streak Snapped at Four Games

After flying high against Jordan-Matthews last Thursday, Orange came back down to earth. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Seaforth Hawks on Wednesday. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-10, 25-18.

Seaforth's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kleber Corzo, who had 17 assists and seven digs. Corzo is on a roll when it comes to assists, as he's now posted 12 or more in each of the last six games he's played.

Orange's loss dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Seaforth, their record now sits at 11-9.

Orange does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Seaforth, they are taking a road trip to challenge Cardinal Gibbons at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
