Flag Football Game Preview: Yuba City Honkers vs. Placer Hillmen

The Yuba City Honkers will face off against the Placer Hillmen at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Having struggled with eight losses in a row, Yuba City turned things around against River Valley on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 20-12.

Meanwhile, Placer got themselves on the board against Roseville on Tuesday, but Roseville never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Tigers with a sharp 26-0 win.

Yuba City's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-8 and their overall record up to 2-8. As for Placer, their win bumped their record up to 11-6.
