Basketball Recap: Waynesfield-Goshen's Losing Streak Snapped at Nine Games

Waynesfield-Goshen had to endure a nine-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on the North Baltimore Tigers with a sharp 53-29 win on Friday. Waynesfield-Goshen has seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw North Baltimore, too.

North Baltimore lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Brody Walter, who posted eight points and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jack Clark, who scored seven points and five boards.

Waynesfield-Goshen's victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 2-10. As for North Baltimore, their loss dropped their record down to 5-9.
