Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sibley East). They pulled ahead with a 56-55 photo finish over the Minnesota Valley Lutheran Chargers on Thursday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wolverines also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2023.

Sibley East's win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-10. As for Minnesota Valley Lutheran, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-3.

Sibley East wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 65-47 defeat against Nicollet on the 10th. Minnesota Valley Lutheran has also already played their next game, a 72-60 loss against Martin County West on the 11th.
