Football Recap: Brentwood School Skates Past Grace with Ease + How To Watch

Brentwood School won the last time they faced Grace and things went their way on Friday too. The Eagles simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Lancers 40-7. That 33 point margin sets a new team best for the Eagles this season.

Brentwood School's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Ben Mikail led the charge by throwing for 356 yards and four TDs while picking up 13.7 yards per attempt. What's more, Mikail racked up 129 passer rating, the most he's had since back in October of 2024. Brendan Bowman also helped with two touchdowns in total.

Brentwood School's defense stepped up as well, laying out RIley Williams. three times. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Reed Langan, Jack Goldberg, and Keller Agam, who each picked up one sack apiece.

Brentwood School now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Grace, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Coming up, Brentwood School will be playing at home against Rosamond at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Grace, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Del Sol at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. This will be the Lancers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
