Volleyball Game Preview: Cohasset Skippers vs. Mashpee Falcons

The Cohasset Skippers will venture away from home to challenge the Mashpee Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Cohasset lost 3-0 to Norwell on Monday. The Skippers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Meanwhile, Mashpee came up short against East Bridgewater on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Falcons haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Mashpee's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Cohasset, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.

Cohasset took their victory against Mashpee when the teams last played back in September by a conclusive 3-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Skippers since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
