Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Maddie Hermann and Charlotte Kozak Lead Glenbrook South to Victory

Glenbrook South waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Warren Township Blue Devils by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Titans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Glenbrook South took both sets by at least ten points. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-14.

Glenbrook South was led to victory by Charlotte Kozak and Maddie Hermann. Kozak had seven digs and three aces, while Hermann had 12 assists and two aces. That's the most aces Kozak has posted since back in October of 2024.

They weren't the only good server: Glenbrook South was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Warren Township only served two aces.
