Softball Recap: Belleville West Maroons vs. Marion Wildcats
If Belleville West was riding high fresh off their 20-6 takedown of Highland on Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Maroons fell just short of the Marion Wildcats by a score of 3-2 on Friday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Maroons of the 11-4 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in May of 2024.
