Basketball Recap: Farina South Central Takes a Loss

Farina South Central lost against Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Farina South Central Cougars took a 64-47 bruising from the Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City Bobcats. The Cougars just can't catch a break and have now endured 20 losses in a row.

Macee Rodman continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City, almost dropping a double-double on 40 points and nine steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Rodman has scored at least a third of Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Avrie Vaughn, who posted seven points in addition to seven boards and six assists.

Farina South Central's record is now 1-20. As for Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City, they moved to 9-12 with that win, which also ended their five-game losing streak.
