It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Archbishop Bergan ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They secured a 74-69 W over the Arlington Eagles. The win continues a trend for the Knights in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won four in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Arlington lost, don't look at Trent Koger. Despite the final result, he shot 4-for-7 from long range and dropped a double-double with 31 points and 19 boards. Koger has become a key player for Arlington: the team is 7-3 when he posts at least 20 points, but 5-6 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Owen Ladehoff, who posted six points and five rebounds.

Archbishop Bergan's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-8. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.3 points over those games. As for Arlington, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-9.
