They never let the Putnam City North Panthers get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. The final result isn't all the surprising considering Edmond Memorial's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Oklahoma soccer rankings (they are ranked 12th, while Putnam City North are ranked 79th).

Edmond Memorial's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-2-4. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those five matchups. As for Putnam City North, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8-1.
