The Scotia-Glenville Tartans suffered their biggest loss since November 30, 2023 on Tuesday. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 61-38 walloping at the hands of Amsterdam. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Scotia-Glenville in their matchups with Amsterdam: they've now lost four in a row.

Amsterdam got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Aundray Fowler out in front who scored 16 points along with five rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Caleb Miller, who scored eight points along with 13 rebounds and three blocks.

Scotia-Glenville dropped their record down to 4-11 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Amsterdam, their win bumped their record up to 8-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Scotia-Glenville will challenge Gloversville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Gloversville presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Scotia-Glenville in New York (Gloversville is ranked 190th, while Scotia-Glenville is ranked 451st). As for Amsterdam, they will head out on the road to challenge Schuylerville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
