After low-scoring totals in their previous three game, Mission Viejo brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. They breezed past the Mayfair Monsoons to the tune of 32-0 on Friday. The Diablos' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Mission Viejo's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Bailey McNeal led the charge by throwing for 140 yards and three TDs on only ten passes, while also punching in one score on the ground. The dominant performance also gave McNeal a new career-high in passer rating (152.1). Leah Vanderveen was in the mix as well, providing Mission Viejo with two touchdowns.

Mission Viejo's record is now 7-11. As for Mayfair, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.

Mission Viejo wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 25-7 victory against Dana Hills on the 20th. As for Mayfair, they will head out on the road to face off against Warren at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. This will be the Monsoons' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
