Rome entered their tilt with Calhoun on Thursday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They came out on top against the Yellow Jackets by a score of 3-1. For Rome, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 victory Calhoun walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

Rome's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those three matchups. As for Calhoun, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.
