Softball Recap: Boyertown Bears vs. Perkiomen Valley Vikings
Boyertown's last matchup with Perkiomen Valley could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Monday. The Bears came up short against the Vikings, falling 9-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Bears have suffered against the Vikings since May 2, 2018.
Rielynn Carey made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with one home run. The team also got some help courtesy of Aubrey Gilbert, who went 3-for-4 with one double.
