Tunstall has gone a perfect 10-0 against George Washington recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Trojans will square off against the Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Tunstall's pitching crew has only allowed 1.8 runs per game this season, so George Washington's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Tunstall's offense. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (1-0), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. They haven't had much luck with the Comets recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Meanwhile, George Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on April 3rd as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Bassett, falling 10-0.

George Washington's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Tunstall, their loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 10-2.

Everything went Tunstall's way against George Washington in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, as Tunstall made off with a 14-1 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Trojans since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
