Preview: Percy Julian Phoenix vs. Dothan Wolves
The Percy Julian Phoenix are on the road again on Tuesday and play against the Dothan Wolves at 12:00 p.m. on December 19th. Percy Julian knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past eight contests -- so hopefully Dothan likes a good challenge.
Percy Julian pushed their score all the way to 72 on Friday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (77-72), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time.
Meanwhile, Dothan's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a 61-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of JAG.
Percy Julian's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-5. As for Dothan, their loss dropped their record down to 8-4.
Percy Julian lost to Dothan on the road by a decisive 68-52 margin in their previous meeting back in February. Can Percy Julian avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
