The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 6.2 runs this season. As for North Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

Everything went Linton-Stockton's way against North Central in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Linton-Stockton made off with an 8-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Miners since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
