Volleyball Recap: Jonesboro Has No Trouble Against Walnut Ridge

Jonesboro's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Walnut Ridge Bobcats with a sharp 3-0 win.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Jonesboro was: they took every set by at least 11 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-6, 25-11.

Jonesboro can attribute much of their success to Avery Mcpike, who had nine digs and four assists. That's the most assists Mcpike has posted over her last ten matchups. Payton Scott also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.
